Stop throwing away blades you could sharpen in seconds.

Reclaim the blades you already paid for, build a ready-to-swap stockpile, and slash your blade costs over time.

Whether dull blades are piling up in your truck or going straight into the trash, the result is the same: paid-for blade value is being lost. JobSaver Pro helps you put that value back to work quickly.

Sharpening has to make financial sense. This does. Many touch-ups take only seconds, and larger, more expensive blades can often be reclaimed in just a few minutes.
  • Oscillating blades can often be sharpened in about 10–30 seconds.
  • Reciprocating blades can often be sharpened in about 30 seconds.
  • A 10-inch circular or miter saw blade typically takes about 5 minutes; a 12-inch blade about 7 minutes.

Original JobSaver Pro. Patent-pending design.

This is not a generic copycat sharpener. JobSaver Pro is Tiger’s Teeth’s patent-pending blade-sharpening system, built for contractors who want the real tool, real support, and real jobsite proof.

Stop losing blade value

You are either storing dull paid-for blades — or throwing them away.

If they are sitting in a bucket, your money is trapped in blades you cannot use. If they are going in the trash, your money is leaving with them.

2

Reclaim what you already paid for — and stop buying so many new blades

Whether dull blades are sitting in a bucket or going straight into the trash, put them back to work and reduce how often you need to buy replacements.

3

Build a ready-to-swap stockpile

Sharpen blades in batches, keep them ready for the next job, and use on-site sharpening only when the unexpected happens.

Every blade you throw away while waiting to order JobSaver Pro is another blade you will likely pay to replace. The sooner you order and put JobSaver Pro into your workflow, the sooner you can stop paying to replace blades that could have been sharpened.

Each dropdown shows the sharpening process, typical replacement cost, and sharpening time so you can see how quickly reclaimed blades can build a useful backup inventory.

Most common demoOscillating multi-tool blades
Sharpening individual teeth on an oscillating multi-tool blade with JobSaver Pro
Typical replacement cost: $3–$19 each Typical sharpening time: A few seconds for routine touch-ups

The first re-toothing can take longer; once the new tooth profile is established, future sharpening is fast.

Create a new row of razor-sharp teeth on the blade. Once the new profile is on there, sharpening should only take a few seconds each time.

Side wheel setupHole saws
Sharpening a hole saw with JobSaver Pro
Typical replacement cost: $10–$50+ each Typical sharpening time: About 1–4 minutes

Larger or heavily worn hole saws may take longer.

Find the approximate angle of the teeth, then lightly grind the worn tooth edges so the hole saw cuts instead of burning, skating, and wasting time.

Sharpening a circular or miter saw blade with JobSaver Pro
Typical replacement cost: $20–$100+ each Typical sharpening time: About 3–5 minutes

Touch up worn tooth edges so the blade cuts cleaner and lasts longer before you buy another one.

1. Index tooth2. Touch edge3. Rotate blade
Platinum packageReciprocating saw blades
Sharpening a reciprocating Sawzall blade with JobSaver Pro
Typical replacement cost: $3–$15 each Typical sharpening time: About 30 seconds

A quick touch-up can keep the blade biting instead of sending another blade to the trash.

Bring worn reciprocating teeth back to a working edge in about 30 seconds so the blade keeps biting instead of skating and slowing the job down.

1. Align teeth2. Touch up3. Keep cutting
Platinum packageDrill bits
Sharpening a drill bit with JobSaver Pro
Typical replacement cost: $3–$20+ each Typical sharpening time: About 10–20 seconds

The cost does not stop while you think about it.

Another blade gets dull. Another replacement gets opened. Another paid-for blade goes into the bucket or trash. Waiting does not preserve the status quo—the replacement spending continues.

The promiseKeep cutting instead of leaving the jobsite.
Jobsite profit protection

The blade pile keeps growing. So does the replacement bill.

Every dull blade represents money already spent. Then another replacement gets opened, and the cycle starts again.

2. They’re tired of leaving the jobsite for blades.

A dull blade should not turn into a hardware-store run. When the blade starts smoking, skating, burning, or cutting slow, sharpen on site and keep the job moving.

  • Skip the hardware-store run
  • Keep your crew cutting
  • Protect the schedule when a blade goes dull
  • Stop losing momentum over replacement blades
JobSaver Pro turns that dead blade pile into ready-to-use working inventory. Use it on the job when a blade dies. Use it later to rebuild your blade stock instead of throwing money away.
Why act now?

The replacement bill keeps growing until you change the workflow.

Every blade thrown away while you wait to order is another blade you may end up paying to replace. The sooner JobSaver Pro is in your workflow, the sooner you can start reclaiming blades and keeping that money in the business.

Stop sending paid-for blade value to the trash or landfill. Reclaim it, sharpen it, and put it back into rotation.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before you sharpen your first blade.

What version do I need?

The Platinum Everything Package is the most popular and sharpens the widest range of blades. The Gold package includes two different 60-degree side grinding wheels for steel, bi-metal, and carbide touch-ups. The Basic is for those who just wish to sharpen steel or bi-metal oscillating multi-tool blades.

How long do the grinding wheels last?

Electroplated grinding wheels last a long time as long as they are not abused. Out of the many hundreds sold, only one customer has worn one out. I’ve sharpened a ton of blades and haven’t worn one out yet, so I can’t give an exact number. My CNC grinder uses similar electroplated grinding wheels, and they last for years.

Will the diamond version sharpen both steel and carbide blades?

Because this is high-speed grinding, steel reacts with diamond, turning it into carbon dust and wearing it out quickly. Only use diamond abrasive on carbide and CBN abrasive on steel or bi-metal.

Where are these made?

I and my small team make all of them individually in Michigan. By the way, thanks for supporting small business guys like myself!

Is a battery included?

A battery adapter of your choice is included. No battery or battery charger is included.

Does international shipping include import fees?

Shipping prices do not include import or customs fees and taxes. Shipping carriers will handle charging any import taxes once the shipment arrives in the destination country.
