Shipping policy

Free U.S. shipping on orders over $100
Orders of $100 or more (before tax) ship free anywhere in the United States by USPS. Orders under $100 pay a shipping rate based on the carrier and your address, shown at checkout before you pay. If faster shipping is available, you’ll see the options and prices at checkout.

Processing and build times
We ship orders as soon as we can. In-stock items usually ship within 3 business days unless the product page says otherwise.

Some products, including the JobSaver X1 and X2, are built to order in small batches in our Michigan shop. These have an estimated build time, which is shown on each product page. Build time is added before the order ships, and transit time is extra. We’re a small business, and when demand is high we do our best to keep up, so thank you for your patience.

After your order ships
Once the carrier has your package, delivery timing is out of our hands. It may arrive earlier or later than the estimate. For tracking or delivery problems, please contact the carrier first. If you still need help, reach us at 269-234-1525 or through our contact page.

Signature and delivery
Packages ship without a signature requirement unless you ask us to add one or the carrier adds it automatically. We only require a signature if you specifically request it. Please give a secure drop-off location. We are not responsible for stolen packages.

Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package comes back to us because of an incorrect address, the buyer pays the cost to reship it.

Shipping insurance
We don’t add insurance automatically, but you can request it.

International orders
International shipping is calculated at checkout. Product and shipping prices do not include import taxes or fees. The carrier collects these on delivery. If an order is returned to us because those taxes and fees weren’t paid, the buyer pays the cost to reship it.
