Shipping policy
We try to ship out orders as soon as possible. For all built in stock items, we generally require 3 business days processing unless otherwise stated on product pages. Because we are a small business and sometimes demand is high, we often have an ESTIMATED build time. That build time estimate is disclosed on the product page. Please be patient with us as we try to keep up with demand...we're doing our best!
As you probably know, we can't control what happens after a carrier has a package. They may deliver earlier than estimated and sometimes later. Once the carrier has your package, please contact them directly first for shipping help.
All packages are sent without a signature required unless you contacted us to request it or the carrier automatically added it. WE ONLY SEND SIGNATURE REQUIRED IF YOU SPECIFICALLY REQUEST IT. They buyer is responsible for providing a secure drop off location for the package. We are not responsible for stolen packages.
Return packages because of an incorrect address: Please make sure you have entered your shipping address correctly. If a package is returned because a bad address was provided, the buyer is responsible for the cost to resend the package.
Shipping Insurance: We do not automatically add insurance to shipments, however you can request it.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Product and shipping prices do not included import taxes or fees. The carrier collects all import taxes and fees. If an order is returned to us because the taxes and fees have not been paid, the buyer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping the product.
