Standard + Fine teeth
Choose two main wheels for steel/bi-metal oscillating blades with different tooth sizes.
For carbide oscillating blades, use the included diamond side wheel to sharpen one tooth at a time.
JobSaver™ Pro X2 · Dual-station sharpener
Get more work from your oscillating blades, reciprocating blades, hole saws, circular saw blades and drill bits.
X2 + two sharpening stations + all seven side wheels.
Steel/Bi-Metal — Standard + Fine Teeth
“I sharpened several dozen blades the day I received the Pro X2 and was quite pleased how well it worked.”
Keep the blade. Get back to work.
Put more of the blades you already own back to work—from everyday reciprocating blades to the hole saw you hate replacing.
*Use the correct wheel and method for the blade material. Blade condition and remaining tooth material affect suitability. Circular saw blades and drill bits require practice.
Why choose the X2?
Each station holds a main oscillating-blade wheel and a side wheel. Keep your most-used combinations mounted so you spend less time changing your setup.
Choose for the oscillating blades you use
Your selection affects the two main sharpening wheels. Both include side wheels for steel/bi-metal and carbide applications.
Choose two main wheels for steel/bi-metal oscillating blades with different tooth sizes.
For carbide oscillating blades, use the included diamond side wheel to sharpen one tooth at a time.
Keep a standard steel/bi-metal main wheel and a diamond carbide main wheel on the same machine.
A practical choice when carbide oscillating blades are a regular part of your work. Brand-specific carbide stations are available separately.
Included with either setup
Use your own compatible cordless tool battery. Battery and blades shown in demonstrations are not included.
These are in addition to the two main wheels.

Choose your X2 ↑Designed, tested & assembled in Michigan
We make many components in our Michigan shop, combining engineered plastics, stainless steel and sourced parts in a machine we can support and repair.
Commercial 3D printers let us produce the shaped housings and sharpening-station components in small batches. Stainless steel forms the base surfaces and station table covers.
The direct-drive motor powers the wheels without a belt. Vacuum connection points are provided at the sharpening stations.
The X2 is assembled from a combination of in-house, sourced and imported parts.
Commercially printed parts shaped around the motor, wheel assemblies and sharpening stations.
Metal base surfaces and table covers where you position your work.
Serviceable parts and support from the people who build the machine.

Based on the selected X2 price. This is an illustration, not a savings guarantee.
Calculation: monthly replacement spending × the share you estimate you can avoid. Excludes tax, shipping, sharpening time, power and wheel wear. Some blades cannot be restored; each blade has a finite amount of usable cutting material.
Both include diamond side wheels for carbide applications. With Standard + Fine, sharpen carbide oscillating teeth individually using the diamond side wheel. Standard + Carbide adds a dedicated diamond main wheel for carbide oscillating blades.
No. Both X2 configurations on this page include all seven side grinding wheels, in addition to the two main wheels.

Start with the step-by-step demonstrations. Oscillating blades, reciprocating blades and hole saws are generally more straightforward. Circular saw blades and drill bits require careful presentation and practice.
No. Damage and remaining tooth material determine whether a blade can be sharpened safely and usefully. Bi-metal blades have a finite high-speed-steel strip; carbide teeth need enough sound material remaining. This version is not designed for chisels or straight-edge sharpening.
The X2 uses swappable S-Series sharpening stations, and additional stations are sold separately. Replaceable components and repair support are available. Contact our shop for the correct part or advice; warranty coverage follows the current policy terms.
