The Speed Disc Pro uses a long-life electroplated CBN abrasive wheel that way outlasts traditional fiber or stone discs. Its face sharpens complete rows of teeth in just a few quick passes, giving your blades a row of factory like fresh teeth.

 

Need to preserve the original tooth geometry? Switch to the V-shaped grinding surface on the outer edge — perfect for factory or angled teeth.

 

A front vacuum port adapter keeps your workspace clean and connects easily to most cordless shop vacs. The back side of the Speed Disc doubles as a chisel sharpener, featuring a built-in 25° angle guide for precise edge restoration. For quick sharpening, using any removable self-adhesive 5" sanding disc lets you sharpen chisels right on the job site and get back to work fast.

Simply add your own 5" adhesive abrasive paper to the backside and you can sharpen chisels fast. Includes a built in 25 Degree speed guide for quick chisel sharpening while on the job. Adhesive paper isn't included (because you can buy it cheaper than we can sell it).

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Where is the sharpener made?

We build these right here in Battle Creek, Michigan. Me and two other employees make the individually and our shipping girl sends them out.

How long do the grinding wheels last?

Electroplated grinding wheels last a long time (as long as they aren't abused, of course). I've used them plenty and haven't worn one out yet...so, I can't give you an exact number on that. What I can tell you is that my CNC grinder uses similar electroplated grinding wheels, and they last for years.

Will this sharpen carbide blades?

We don't have a diamond version for carbide blades yet, but we will soon.

What if there is a build time??

I and my two employees make all of them individually in Michigan and are going as fast as we can! By the way, thanks for supporting small business guys like myself!

How is this different than your other sharpener?

The Speed Disc version has the same geometry and works in the same way...sharpening one side of the teeth, then the other side to form a sharp peak. The Speed Disc version is powered by either a drill or impact driver directly, allows chisel sharpening, and has a built in single point sharpener around it's edge.

Does international shipping include import fees?

Shipping prices do not include any import or customs fees and taxes. Shipping carriers will handle charging any import taxes once the shipment arrives in the destination country.

What's the warranty and return period?

We warrant the sharpener for 1 year against defects. The return period is 30 days.
